Merge PDF Files

Combine several PDFs into a single file, in the order you choose. The files are merged by your browser: nothing is uploaded, so it's safe for bank statements, tax documents and client files.

Drop the PDFs to merge

Two or more files. Put them in order below; drag them or use the arrows.

Processed in your browser. Your files never leave your computer.

How it works

  1. 1

    Drop the PDFs

Two or more files at once, or add them one by one.

  2. 2

    Put them in order

Move files up or down. The merged PDF follows this order, page by page.

  3. 3

    Download

One PDF with every page of every file, bookmarks aside.

When bookkeepers merge PDFs

  • A year of statements in one file for a loan application, an audit request or a client's records.
  • Receipts behind an expense report: the report first, then every receipt.
  • Month-end packages: bank reconciliation, statement, and supporting documents together.
  • Invoices and their backup before sending them to a client.

Tips

  • Name the files with a date first (2026-01, 2026-02…) and they'll be easy to put in order.
  • If some pages are photos of receipts, turn them into a PDF with JPG to PDF first, then merge.
  • Merged statements can still be converted: the statement converter recognizes several statements in one PDF and reads each month separately.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a limit on files or pages?

No set limit. Everything happens in your browser's memory, so very large merges (hundreds of megabytes) depend on your computer. Typical statements and invoices merge in a second.

Are my files uploaded?

No. The PDFs are read and combined on your device. You can disconnect from the internet after the page loads and the tool still works.

What about password-protected PDFs?

They can't be merged until the password is removed. Open the file with the password and save or print it as a new PDF first.

Is the quality reduced?

No. Pages are copied as they are: text stays text and images aren't recompressed.

Can I reorder pages inside a file too?

Merge first, then use Organize PDF pages to move, rotate or delete individual pages.

  • Split PDF

Extract page ranges or cut a PDF into parts.

  • Organize PDF pages

  • Sign PDF

Sign a PDF yourself: draw, type or upload your signature, add the date.

  • JPG to PDF

  • Scan to PDF
