About BookkeepKit
BookkeepKit is a set of practical tools for the part of bookkeeping that eats the most time: getting clean transaction data out of the bank and into the books.

Why we built it
Bank feeds break. Banks change what they export. Clients send PDF statements from accounts that closed two years ago. QuickBooks Online rejects a file because it's 351 KB. Every bookkeeper has a folder of workarounds for these moments. BookkeepKit puts those workarounds in one place and makes them reliable.
What we believe
- Financial files should stay private. Statement converters, file tools, templates and calculators run in your browser. We designed the product so that we never receive your statements, rather than promising to delete them. Only the four document conversions (PDF to and from Word and PowerPoint) use a conversion server, and they say so.
- The everyday tools should be free. Splitting a CSV or calculating depreciation shouldn't need a subscription. File tools, templates and calculators are free and unlimited.
- You should see what changed. Converted transactions are shown in an editable preview with a balance check before anything is exported.
Who it's for
Independent bookkeepers, accountants and small business owners in the United States who work in QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Xero or Wave.
