Questions
What counts as a statement page?
One page of a PDF statement. A CSV, Excel, QFX or OFX file counts as one page however many transactions it has. Without an account you can convert 2 pages a day; a free account gives you 5.
Are the free tools really free?
Yes. The CSV splitter, merge tool, QBO viewer, file converters to CSV, templates and calculators have no limit and need no account.
Do you see my bank statements?
No. Every file is processed in your browser. To check your plan we receive only a page count, never the file or its contents.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. See the refund policy for refunds.
Who handles payment?
Paddle.com is our merchant of record. It processes the payment, handles US sales tax and VAT, and sends your receipts and invoices.
